Many a times we don't like to eat leftover food.So a good housewife tries to make the best out of leftovers.Leftover dal gets a new makeover by making it into paratha and full of protein.Serve with any dip,tomato sauce or mixed pickle.

Many a times we don't like to eat leftover food.So a good housewife tries to make the best out of leftovers.Leftover dal gets a new makeover by making it into paratha and full of protein.Serve with any dip,tomato sauce or mixed pickle.

Heat 1 tsp oil and sprinkle ajwain.Add the leftover dal and dry up the moisture in dal.Set aside to cool.Meanwhile take 1 cup maida in a bowl.Add crushed kasoori methi,garam masala,chopped green chillies and little salt and 2 tsp oil.Make a well in the middle and add water.Fold from all sides and knead thoroughly adding the dal.Divide into equal balls.

Roll out parathas and fry both sides sprinkling little oil.Serve hot with mixed pickle.
