In a bowl take suji add curd and salt make smooth paste and rest for 5 minutes

Now add backing powder and lemon juice

Grease the idle stand and pour the paste into the stand add some soaked chana dal over it

In a pressure cooker add 2 glass of water when properly hot place idle stand into it

Cover pressure cooker with lid and remove the whistle

Cook it 15 minutes

Now put off the gas and remove the idle stand
- 8
Unmold all idle from the stand and enjoy with coconut chutney or sambhar

You can add chana dal over it otherwise escape we make both types of idle
