Take the water of double quantity to the Mix. Kapuriya flour in the vessel and keep it for a boil by adding all the spices to it. Once, water starts boiling mix the flour as shown in picture below.

As flour gets boiled and cooked, keep it aside and give rest for 30 mins.

Knead well the dough, roll & shape it into round-flattened form. Place these dumplings in the Idli stand or Steamer and cook/steam for 5-10 mins.

Kapuriya are steamed well, place it in serving plate, Garnish and sprinkle Dry Methi Pickle, Coriander and little oil.
