Ingredients

1 boxjelly(strawberry)
1 punnetstrawberries
Milk jelly(for bottom)
500 mlmilk
1 tspagar agar/falooda powder
2 Tblsp sugar
1/2 tincondensed milk
1/2 small tin dessert cream

Steps

Boil all ingredients - milk, agar agar, sugar, condensed milk and dessert cream - for milk jelly and pour into small dessert containers until half full. Leave to cool and set

Chop half punnet of strawberries into small cubes.

Make box jelly as per box instructions and pour over cooled and set milk jelly...

Sprinkle chopped strawberries onto jelly... And then allow to set and cool

Once set... Sprinkle grated white chocolate and decorate with balance of strawberries..

Place in fridge and serve cold
