Turtle-Shaped Melon Bread in the Microwave Turtle-Shaped Melon Bread in the Microwave
I realizeded that although I've made a lot of different melon bread recipes, I haven't made a traditional turtle one! There's probably a lot of these recipes around but I thought I would upload mine as well anyway. When it's hot both the cookie and bread dough will tend to get a bit soft. Even though it's annoying, keep the pieces you don't currently need refrigerated so that they keep their shape.Transfer to a baking tray as soon as you have scored the turtle shells. Make sure there is plenty of space between each turtle. The turtles will most likely fall apart if you try to move them onto the baking tray after assembly so I don't recommend this way. Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine
I like sausage bread so I make them often, but twisting the dough around the sausages is pretty hard. So I thought up an easy but still attractive way to make the rolls.I always pay attention to how much the dough rises. The rolls may look complicated, but they are actually easy. I used to use sausages on skewers or use two small ones at once before I found these sausages. These ones have 8 per package, and are just right for making this sausage bread. Twisted Cream Bread Twisted Cream Bread
What if I used a little bit of custard cream to make cream bread??Since there is cream rolled into the bread, it's quite fluffy when it's baked. When removing it from the pan, be careful not to make it fall apart. It's safest to line the pan with baking paper or grease with shortening.I didn't line the pan with anything this time and had some trouble getting the bread out. Springy and Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Soy Milk Springy and Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Soy Milk
When my friend was pregnant and suffering from morning sickness, she couldn't stomach anything besides bread. She wanted me to teach her a recipe for a whole wheat bread that would give her nutrients! So I thought and thought and got this recipe. Not only did I use whole wheat flour, I also used soy milk, which makes the dough so fluffy. Since pregnant women easily lack enough iron and become anemic, the soy milk helps to replenish the iron content. This is a simple and nutritious bread.Leave the kneading of the dough up to the bread maker.Since they're just formed into balls, they're easy to shape! If you like a sweeter bread, it's okay to increase the honey. For 8 buns. Recipe by Anegochan cookpad.japan
