Smooth Caramel Pudding Smooth Caramel Pudding
I added caramel flavor to my usual pudding.Cook the caramel to your liking. A thick burn makes for a bitter, more mature taste, while a thin one makes for a gentle, sweet taste. I made both versions, but I think that baked pudding is more delicious than steamed. Make whichever version you prefer. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Custard Pudding Melt-in-Your-Mouth Custard Pudding
I wanted to eat a lot of melt-in-your-mouth custard pudding. The translucent plastic jars sold at 100 yen shops or other cheap shops are not good quality and might melt in the heat so be careful (I had a bad experience). Glass jars or cups are the best. You have to have heatproof containers. There are a lot of key points you have to follow in this recipe but if you do you will recreate tasty custard pudding at home. Extremely Simple & Really Delicious Kabocha Pudding Extremely Simple & Really Delicious Kabocha Pudding
This is a home-adapted version of a pudding recipe I had seen somewhere. It's a simple recipe that doesn't use a flame torch, and produces just a few dirty dishes. Making the caramel in the small dish is really fun. Making a large one of these as opposed to a bunch of small cups is definitely much easier. It looks extravagant, too.The caramel sauce introduced here is extremely simple and uses only 1 dish.It will thicken even more in the residual heat, so once it has started to turn brown, open the microwave door briefly to check on it. Place it in the pudding mold while it is still hot. The bowl is hot so be careful. Do not worry if the pudding doesn't come out clean from the pan. The burnt caramel will come off if you soak it in water. Recipe by p85a. cookpad.japan -

Smooth Pudding Made in 5 Minutes with Basic Ingredients Smooth Pudding Made in 5 Minutes with Basic Ingredients
I wanted to eat a creamy and delicious pudding, but heavy cream is expensive, and it has a short shelf life. So I came up with a recipe which doesn't require heavy cream. This takes no time at all to make, so it's a great snack for my kids.If you overheat the milk, the egg yolk will harden when you add it, so be careful! If you let the mixture cool down, it will go lumpy, so pour it into the cups as soon as possible.I always use the same bowl to dissolve the gelatin and beat the egg yolk to reduce dirty dishes. Milk Pudding Made Simply in the Microwave Milk Pudding Made Simply in the Microwave
My family likes milk pudding better than custard pudding. We enjoy adding various flavors to the milk to make different variations.Because I like softer puddings, I used 5 g of gelatin for 400-450 ml of liquid ingredients (milk and heavy cream). Of course, this can easily be made in a saucepan too. Be careful not to boil the mixture! A heat-resistant bowl can also become hot, so please be careful. It's also fun to make.
