Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and sugar well

Add egg (beat the egg in other bowl and then add)
Beat for awhile with eggs - 3
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl

Alternate with milk and add to the creamed mixture. Beat well.
Mix with a spatula - 5
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 for 20 min till golden in colour. Let it cool

Prepare syrup
60g butter
2 tbsp cocoa
1 and half cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup boiling waterWhisk well and boil. Set aside to cool.
Dip a few cakes using a spoon or spatula very quick. Then leave in a bowl.
Roll in dessicated coconut
