Salmon & Egg with tamarind sauce

Ingredients

  1. 200 gSalmon
  2. 3eggs, boiled
  3. Olive oil for fry
  4. Broccoli, boiled
  5. Carrot, boiled
  6. Green bean, boiled
  7. Sauce : 3 tbsps fish sauce 2 tbsps sugar and 3 tbsps tamarind

    Heat the wok pour olive oil. Add salmon, fry till it cook.

    Tamarind sauce: mix fish sauce, sugar and tamarind in the pot. Put it on the stove stir till mix well. Pour it on fried salmon and egg. Serve with veggies that prepare.
