Cooking Instructions

Briefly wash the lettuce, and shred into pieces. Slice the onion with a slicer, and soak in salted water.

Make the dressing. Add ◇ ingredients to a large bowl, and mix.

Cut the tofu and avocado into bite-size pieces, put into the bowl with the dressing, then mix.
- 4
Drain lettuce and onion, and serve on a plate. Put Step 3 mixed ingredients with the dressing on top, and it's done.
