1Avocado
1Tomato
1 tbsp● Mayonnaise
1 tbsp●Sweet chilli sauce
7 ml● Lemon juice
1Dried parsley (optional)

Cut avocado into quarters lengthwise, then cut each quarter into four bite-sized pieces. Slice tomatoes into similar sized pieces.

Evenly blend together the ● ingredients. Put cut avocado and tomato into a bowl and gently toss with the sweet chili mayonnaise dressing.
