Sift cake flour, bread flour and salt set aside. Put warm milk, sugar, yeast and vanilla butter into the bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolve. Then add the sift flour and egg. Whisk to mix well and knead the dough until smooth. Cover until get into the double size.

Deviled the dough into 10 parts. Flatten the dough place the flossy pork & chili paste on wrap it. Cover for 30 mins. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius. Brush the dough with fresh milk before bake. Bake at the preheat for 10-15 minutes. Let’s it cool down. Then do the butter brush. Ready to enjoy ☺️
