Ingredients

  1. 160 gbread flour
  2. 65 gcake flour
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. 120 ml warm milk
  5. 1/2 & 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  6. 1 egg
  7. 25 g sugar
  8. 30 g butter, softened

Cooking Instructions

    Sift cake flour, bread flour and salt set aside. Put warm milk, sugar and yeast into the bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolve. Then add the sift flour, egg and butter. Whisk to mix well and knead the dough until smooth. Cover until get into the double size. Then deviled into 4 parts.

    Flatten the dough and roll it (form any shape you like and this recipe I roll with butter garlic 2 parts). Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius. Brush the dough with fresh milk before bake. Bake at the preheat for 20 - 25 minutes or until brown. Ready to enjoy ☺️
