Looks like it but these are not scrambled eggs okay!What is samp? Samp is food consisting of dried corn kernels that have been stamped and chopped until broken, but not as finely ground as mealie-meal or mielie rice.My mom makes Samp and jugo beans or Samp and beans or just plain Samp. I was taught this recipe by Ausi Thabiso, it creamy and quick.Samp takes quite a while to cook so I buy it cooked from the shops and freeze it.

My phone was broke for few month and I`m happy that now its working. Yesterday I plan my menu of samp so the best way is to prepare it a day ahead cause to be soft and creamy needs time .

This recipe is my fav,always cook my samp like this.🙂You can make it 2 cups,and divide all the ingredients in half. ENJOY❤
