Begin by seasoning the wings with salt, paper and 1 table spoon ginger and garlic paste. Marinate it for at lest 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking off any excess. Place the floured wings on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden brown.

In a hot pan take butter and rest of the ginger and garlic paste. Sauté them for a while then put all the sauce, other mentioned ingredients and salt to taste. put the baked wings in the pan and cover them with the sauce and let it simmer until the sauce is bubbly and caramelised.

Serve it with potato wages or sauté veggies.
