Beet Root and Asparagus Salad
A Healthy and quick recipe

Chop the slices of bread in cubical shape, in a hot pan put butter and fry the bread pieces until brown and crispy.

In a bowl take grilled asparagus (sautéed in olive oil for 10-12 minutes), fried bread slices, wall nuts and beet root. Add all the other mentioned ingredients and mix them well.

Chicken and Shrimp Cashew nut Salad
Marinate the chicken and shrimp with salt , pepper, flour and corn flour. Rest it for 15min. Then fry it with butter. Fry the cashew nuts in the same pan.Cut all the veggies into julian pieces.Make the sauce with Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil,white vinegar, black pepper, sugar. Mix the sauce with veggies. Add the fried chicken, shrimp and cashews. Mix it nicely and add lemon juice. tastes heavenly! Aadiat Islaam -
