We all know that, dal and daliya both are good source of protine. And this recipe is a power packed healthy meal. Recipe done in microwave. Very less time it take to cook.

First heat a microwave safe bowl for 30 sec in high power. Then add oil and heat for another 30 sec. Next add the whole jeera, black pepper and dry red chilli, and all the veggies, chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilli, salt and massalas. Fry for 2 minutes on high power.

Then add the daliya, masoor daal and mung daal mix them well and fry again for another 2-3 minutes on high power. Lastly add 1 and 1/2 cup water and cover it. Cook for first 10 minutes on high power and another 5 minutes on medium power. When everything is cooked add the butter and cover it.

Serve hot with papad or any favourite combination.
