Boil the vegetables for 2 mins

In a large pan, heat some oil. After 2 to 3 mins add the chopped onions and garlic cloves. Saute for a few minutes. Add the carrots first and the papaya. Gradually add the remaining vegetables. Add the green chillies at the last and then serve hot.
