This is a very easy curry made with very simple ingredients which are all available in our kitchen. I personally enjoy this with some steam rice or just on it's own.

Wash and cut the crab into small pieces. The Crab head to be cut into 2 pieces and separate the claws

Take a pan and heat the oil. Then add the onion and garlic paste. Fry them for 5 to 6 mins

Into the fried onion and garlic paste, add red chillies powder and turmeric powder. Fry them well for 2 mins and then add little water so that masala cooks well.

After the masala is cooked, leaving the raw masala smell. Add the clean crab pieces into it. Then add salt and lime juice cook it with closed lid for 5 mins. Then after 5mins add 1.5 cup of water and cook it for 15 -20 mins in low medium heat. When the water is reduced and the crab curry is ready garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them until soft.Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Saute' for 1 minute, reduce the heat to medium. Dry fish has a lot of salt. So be careful about salt.Now add boiled shutki and stir for 1-2 minutes.If you feel salty then add more onion.It is your personal preference.Use mustard oil which makes the shutki to different taste and makes it so delicious.
