  1. 2 cupsBamboo shoots
  2. 1/2 cupShrimp
  3. 1/2 cupOnion slices
  4. 1 teaspoonGarlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonCummin powder
  7. 3/40Green chilli
  8. Salt, oil, green coriander as needed
  9. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder

    Peel the bamboo shoots, wash and diced them in thin slices.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan. Put shrimp to the heated oil. When the colour of the shrimp changes add garlic paste, cumin powder, chopped onion. Fry until golden brown.

    Add the chopped bamboo shoot, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder. Stir for some time. Cover the pan with a lid.

    Before serving spread the chopped green coriander. Ah! A delicious vegetable on your table to delight everyone.
