  1. 1 cannatural flavored fava beans (220 gram)
  2. 1 canhot flavored fava beans (220 gram)
  3. 3 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  5. 2 tbspfresh parsley (chopped)
  6. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Place both cans of fava beans in a sauce pan
    • Heat them trough, while stirring, on low heat
    • Meanwhile place the oil, lemon juice, and garlic with salt and pepper to taste, in a jar
    • Close the lid and shake to combine
    • Add the dressing to the heated beans, toss to combine
    • Transfer the salad to a serving dish, top with the chopped parsley and serve warm with Lebanese bread and olives
