This is a very healthy dish of minced meat and eggs which can be served with polao or naan, paratha. It is my own innovation. It looks beautiful, tastes delicious! Western people would also like this dish, they can have it with any type of bread or eat as such!

At first put minced meat, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, 1tbsp ghee/oil/butter, whole spices in a pan and mix well by hand. Now put the pan in medium flame and cook till tender. You can add a little water if needed. When the minced meat is tender and all the waters has dried up remove the pan from the flame. The meat should be moist, not too dry.

Now take a flat bottomed dish, brush a little ghee at the bottom and spread tomato sauce, green chilli pieces and slices of capsicum over it. Take out the whole spices from the meat mix. Now spread all of the cooked mince meat over the sauce evenly. Again cover the top of meat with sauce and capsicum slices and green chillis.

Now break eggs one by one and place it very carefully side by side over the minced meat layer. It would be better if you first put the egg in a small bowl and then transfer to the main dish so that the yolks are intact. According to the size of your dish you may need 6-8 eggs. I needed 7 eggs. Sprinkle a little salt over the eggs

Now put the dish in a big flatt bottom pan, pour water to the level that the dish is immersed halfway. Cover the dish, put some weight over the cover, cover the pan and boil in medium heat for 20-25 minutes. After that, remove the covers and check. If the egg whites has become opaque, the dish is done. If there are still some eggwhites uncooked or transparent, steam again for 5-10 minutes. That would be enough to steam the dish. Remove from heat. Your dish is ready to serve!

Serve the dish by lacing it with Tomato sauce and capsicum slices or according to your own choice.
