Blend soaked Mustard seeds, green Chilies and a little water

Marinate ilish with Salt, Turmeric powder, Yogurt

Mix 1 cup of Yogurt and whip it and add green chilli and cumin powder. mustard paste, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Put mustard oil in a pan, warm it and add onions and fry till translucent. Add marinated fish and shallow fry.

Add the yoghurt mixture and cook in low flame for 15- 20 minutes. Cover with lid. After 15 minutes, add little fried cumin. And cook for another 5 minutes.

Add green chilli and Serve hot.
