Peel and wash potatoes. Grate potatoes. Grate cheese. And beat the egg.

Heat butter. Then spread the potatoes as shown in the picture. After the edge started getting brown spread egg on top of potatoe.

When one side is done then flip. Then spread the mozzarella cheese. When the other side is done then fold it.
