In a frying pan on mid flame put sugar, honey, coffee powder and water and let caramelise. Then put the caramel on pudding pot.

Mix beaten egg, milk, sugar, coffee powder and vanilla essence. Hand beat the mixture and put on pudding pot. Steam it for 20-30min until it is giggly.
