🟨Dalam mixer campurkan Tepung dan ragi, lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata. (45-60 detik)
🔸Masukkan gula, susu bubuk, & garam, aduk hingga rata saja.

🟥In a mixer bowl, combine flour and yeast, mix for about 45–60 seconds.
🔸Add sugar, milk powder, and salt, then mix briefly.
🔸❗❗(#Nb : Use low speed.) - 2
🟨Masukkan telur, lalu aduk hingga rata.
🔸Sambil mengaduk, masukkan susu / air secara perlahan.
🔸Mixer hingga adonan menyatu secara merata saja.
🔸❗❗#Nb : Cek kelembapan adonan, tidak terlalu kering / basah (karena menyesuaikan dengan suhu dan daya serap tepung.

🟥Add the egg, mix until combined.
🔸Gradually pour in cold milk or water while mixing.
🔸Mix until the dough just comes together.

🔸Mixer dengan kecepatan terendah hingga tercampur rata.
🔸Setelah itu naikkan ke kecepatan medium hingga adonan kalis (8-10 menit).

🟥Add unsalted butter.
🔸Mix on low speed until combined,
🔸then increase to medium speed and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes).

🟨Alasi wadah dengan mentega, lalu masukkan adonan ke wadah.
🔸Tutup dengan kain dan resting selama 30 menit.

🟥Grease a bowl with butter and place the dough inside.
🔸Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. - 5

🔸Campur gula halus dan mentega, dan aduk hingga tercampur rata saja (dengan whisk).
🔸Masukkan telur, lalu aduk hingga rata saja.
🔸Masukkan Kopi yang telah dilarutkan dengan air hangat,
🔸Aduk hingga tercampur rata.

🔸Mix butter and icing sugar until combined (with whisk).
🔸Add the egg, mix well.
🔸Add the dissolved coffee (Dissolved with hot / warm water),

🟨Masukkan tepung, dan aduk hingga tercampur rata dan berbentuk seperti paste.
🔸(Bisa di akhir aduk dengan spatula),
🔸Pindahkan dalam pipping bag.

🟨Olesi alas kerja dengan mentega.
🔸Bagi adonan roti @60 gr.

🟨Buang angin pada adonan dengan cara ditepuk / dipukul.
🔸Lalu bulatkan adonan.
🔸Tutup dengan kain dan resting selama 15 menit.

🔸Then, shape the dough into a ball.

🔸Masukkan isian salted butter dingin yang telah keras.
🔸Cover butter dengan adonan, lalu kunci adonan hingga benar-benar rapat.

🟥Remove the air from the dough by patting / hitting it, while flattening it slightly.
🔸Place a cube of hard cold butter filling in the center.
🔸Cover the butter with the dough around it, and seal tightly and shape into a ball. - 13
🟨Letakkan di loyang teflon / loyang yang telah diberi baking paper agar tidak lengket.
🔸Tutup dengan kain dan resting selama 45 - 60 menitan.
🔸❗❗#Nb : Hingga mengembang 2x lipat saja.

🔸Cover with cloth and let it rise for 45–60 minutes,

🟨Preheat oven selama 10-15 menit dengan suhu 175-180'c (api atas bawah).

🟨Berikan Coffee cream diatas roti,
🔸pipping melingkar hingga setengah ukuran roti.
🔸Panggang dengan suhu 175-180'c selama 15-18 menit, api atas bawah

🟥Pipe the coffee cream on top in a spiral pattern
🔸Pipping about half the bun size.
🔸Bake for 15–18 minutes at 175-180'c. (top and bottom heat). - 16
