  • 1hard tofu (cut into dices & fried until golden brown)
  • 250 gramsshrimp (additional)
  • Spices:
  • 3garlics
  • 2shallots
  • 1big red chilli
  • 3big green chillies
  • 1 slicegalangal
  • 1kafir leave
  • 1bay leave
  • 1/3lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 teaspoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients
