Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add the garlic paste and fry it well. Then the onion paste and fry them well together it leaves a good fragrance.

Add the chicken pieces and fry the chicken till somewhat tender. Add salt in very small amount.

In a bowl mix the yoghurt and mustard paste together and add water. And pour the mixture into the pan and add salt to taste and water in a good amount.

Let it cook for 18-20 mins so that the chicken gets cooked. Add chillies and half tomato(sliced). Simmer the gas and after 2mins switch off the gas.

Serve hot with rumali roti.
