Wash chickpeas and soak for 10 hours in water now add them to the pressure cooker to boil add 4cup of water to the pressure cooker and add salt to it and close with lid and pressure cook the chickpeas until it whistle 2 times

Heat the oil in a kadhai now add cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chilli now add chopped onions and saute for a few seconds

Now add salt and mix it very well and saute for a few seconds now add ginger, garlic paste

And saute for a minute now add all masala like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it well and saute for a few

Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for a few minutes till you see oil popping out

Now open the lid of pressure cooker that you see the chickpeas is boil nicely now add in the kadhai and mix it very well

Now chole is ready to serve with rice, paratha and bhature etc.
