1 bowlCooked rice
1/2 bowlMashed paneer
To tasteSalt
1Boiled potato
1Onion finely chopped
1Green chilli finely chopped
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspAmchur powder
1 tspJeera
1 pinchHing
as neededOil to deep fry

Mix all ingredients except oil.mash well to form a homogenous mixture.

Make small marble shaped balls out of the mixed dough.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the prepared balls till golden brown.

Serve at teatime with sauce
