1 cuprefried and blended beans (about 240 ml)
1 cupshredded cheese (about 120 grams)
Mexican salsa**: all finely chopped
tomato
onion
green chiles
Guacamole
avocado

salt and lime
For frying and serving:
oil
sour cream

Cut the tortillas into quarters and fry them in oil. Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Place the tortilla chips in a baking dish, cover with the beans and shredded cheese.

Bake until the cheese is melted, and serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
