In a bowl take rice and moong dal and wash them properly with water.Soaked in water for half an hour.
After that drain all water. - 2
Heat one tablespoon ghee in a pressure cooker.
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion seeds, funnel seeds, asafoetida and saute for a minute. - 3
Add chopped ginger and saute.Add chopped veggies and mix it.
I used carrot, cauliflower and peas. - 4
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and salt and mix well. Add soaked rice and moong dal and water and mix it.

Add mango pickle and cover the lid.
Cook for 2 whistles and leave for 10 minutes to cool down pressure.
