Stir fried chicken is a healthy Chinese cuisine and cooked within 30 minutes.What a lovely sweet and savoury meal for family within minutes ! Serve it with stir fried rice or noodles.

Cut carrots and capsicum into strips.Cut beans into 2"strips.Give chicken 2-3 boils covered or 1 boil if using pressure cooker with 1 cup water in which little salt is added.Set aside chicken stock.Heat oil in a nonstick pan.Sprinkle chopped ginger and garlic and fry.Add chicken,garlic paste and fry.Set aside.Then add chopped onion and other vegetables and stir fry covered till vegetables are just done.Vegetables should not lose their crunchiness.

Add the chicken and toss.Mix cornflour with soya sauce,chilli garlic sauce,oyster sauce,little salt,black pepper,honey and toss.Sprinkle a pinch of MSG and give it a stir.Honey chilli stir fried chicken with vegetables are done.Serve hot with stir fried rice or noodles.
