Soak beaten rice for 10 minutes and takeout in a strainer.

Mix semolina, buttermilk,beaten rice,salt,sugar,chilli ginger paste in a bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Mix eno in batter and pour batter in a greased dhokla plate.

Put plate in dhokla maker and steam for 10 minutes.

Takeout shukla from plate and cut in desired shape.
- 6
Heat oil in a round spoon a the add mustard seeds.
- 7
Let it crackle and pour on prepared dhokla..
