Steps
- 1
Grease a baking pan with oil. Take an oil paper on the base of the container.
Take 250 gm of salt at the bottom of baking container. Heat covered in low flame. - 2
In a mixing bowl mix butter, oil and condensed milk. Mix with a whisker for 3 minutes or till air bubbles are visible.
- 3
Mix 6 tbsp boiling water with cocoa powder and whisk to avoid lumps. Keep aside.
- 4
Mix the warm cocoa liquid with the cake mixture and mix properly.
- 5
Sieve maida and baking powder. Now add it to the cake mixture. Mix and add rest of the cocoa liquid.
- 6
Mix some flour with chopped nuts and tutti-frutti and mix half with cake batter and half to decorate the chocolate cake.
- 7
Keep a stand on the salt of baking pan. Put the cake tin on the stand, cover the glass lid, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in low/medium flame.
- 8
Check the cake by pricking a tooth pick. If it comes out clean then the cake is done. Cool down the cake, transfer it to a plate.
- 9
Cut and yummy chocolate cake is ready to serve.
Thanks
