Firstly grind the sprouts with the green chillies, and ginger in a blender, to a coarse paste

Heat oil in a wok/kadhai, for deep frying. In a mixing bowl, add the paste along with chopped coriander, onion, hing, salt and mix

Make small balls of the mixture and pat lightly to make small tikkis/patties.

Fry in hot oil, on low to medium flame, till golden brown. You can alternately use a shallow fry pan and shallow fry them, instead of deep frying.Use a slotted spoon to take out the vade and place them on an absorbent paper, to drain off excess oil.

Serve moth ki dal ka Vade Recipe along with a simple Green Chutney and a cup of hot Masala Chai for your evening snacks.
