Heat oil in pan and shallow fry the boiled eggs.

Once eggs are fully fried just take them out and in the same oil add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon stick then add crushed garlic and chopped onions. Fry onions till they turn golden.

Now add tomato puree, and all the spices. Cook till it starts leaving the oil then add water in it.

Once gravy starts boiling transfer fried eggs in it. Garnish it with chopped coriander and kasuri methi.

Our hot and spicy egg curry is ready to relish, serve it with rice.
