Soak dals(chana, moong,Masoor, urad,tur) for 4 hours.Soak rice also grind all with some curd.Make a thick batter leave over night to ferment.

In this batter add grated carrot,Doodhi, ginger, green chilli paste,salt, zeera,kotmir chopped,salt,hing,red chilli powder.

In a pan out 1tsp oil pour 1 big spoon batter in shape of pancake.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
