Corn pakora is a fried snack made with corn, gram flour and spices which is made during monsoon.
Steps

Keep aside 1/2 cup corn. Take a mixie jar add remaining 1 1/2 cup corns, green chilli, ginger and grind them coarsely.

Take it out in a bowl, add all spices, salt and mix well.

Add gram flour and some water to make thick batter.

Add grated potato and mix well.

Now heat the oil in a pan or kadhai add the spoon ful mixture one by one to make pakora and fry them till golden brown.

Place the fried pakoras on kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
