Ingredients

  • 300 gramsmaida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspdahi
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida in a bowl add salt + dahi + 1 tbsp oil and mix it nicely.

  2. 2

    By adding water knead a semi soft dough cover and keep aside for 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Make small small puris.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and deep fry the puris in hot oil.
