Steps

Take fresh curd 2 bowls

Take atta channi(strainer) and pour the curd in it.Keep the channi on some vessel for half an hour strain water from curd.

Remove the strained water from vessel and add required quantity of sugar in curd.

Now mix the sugar with curd and stir it with the help of spoon,so that the mixture will strain and get collected in below vessel. Add cardemon powder in it.

Your Homemade Shrikhand of good texture is ready now.

You may add dry fruits and food colour to it or any fruit pulp for different flavours as well..and can add mango pulp to it for making Amrakhand.

Now serve it with lunch/dinner
