Cut your vegetables to your desired shape and size, Grind your scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger and keep aside.

Fry your grinded ingredients in oil, add water to it and leave it to boil. Add your spices, seasonings and vegetables and allow it to boil for about 5 minutes.

After boiling, add your couscous and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes on low heat and then take it off heat. Enjoy 😋😘

For the KFC.... In a bowl, mix together flour, egg, seasonings, spices, onion, scotch bonnet, a little amount of water and set aside.

Marinate your chicken and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

In another bowl, mix your breadcrumbs together with some seasonings and coat your marinated chicken.

Fry in hot oil until brown. Enjoy the crunchy and tasty KFC.... 😋
