Cut cucumber in rings. Cut tomatoes in slices. Cut tomatoes in slices. Cut onions in rings.

In a cooker put chicken add ginger garlic paste and salt. Add 1 and 1/2 glass water and cook for 10 minutes. Separate water from chicken and keep aside to b used later on. Shredd the boiled chicken.

In a wok take 2 tbsp oil add crushed garlic cloves and black pepper and saute for few seconds. Add shredded chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add capsicum and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, onion rings and cucumber in it. Add little stock (water from chicken) and cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

In the remaining stock add soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup and cornflour and mix. Pour in the mixture and keep stiring till sauce becomes thick. Serve with rice.
