1Tomato
1Onion
1Capsicum
1/4 tspMustard seeds
1/4 tspJeera
as per tasteSalt
2 tspOil
1/4 tspPavbhaji masala

In a kadhai pour little oil once heated add mustard & jeera splutter for a minute.

Add all chopped veggies and saute for another 2 mins.Now add water to it once water boils mix oats,pavbhaji masala,salt &boil for 3mins.(1 part oats and 3 parts water 1:3)

Note: Roast oats in microwave for 1min.

Healthy & Tasty masala oats is ready to serve.
