  • 2 cupsOats
  • 1 teaspoonBaking powder

    Pre heat oven.

    Measure ingredients

    Sieve baking powder and the remaining ingredients

    Put all in a mixer n mix till creamy

    Pour into pan and Raise pan n drop slightly to release excess air

    Put in oven to bake for an hour

    Put on a wire rack to cool
