  • Beef
  • Scotch bonnets
  • Maggi and salt
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Ketchup
  • Green peppers
  • Red peppers
  • Paprika
  • Curry
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add scotch bonnets, maggi, salt, vinegar, garlic, ketchup, paprika, ginger paste, curry into a bowl, mix and add oil

  2. 2

    Pour marinade over the beef using hand to mix. Refrigerate for an hour

  3. 3

    Arrange into skewers with onion, red peppers and green peppers

  4. 4

    Grill for 30 minutes
