Ingredients

  1. For dhokla batter:-
  2. 3/4 glasssuji/semolina
  3. 1/4 glassbesan
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tbsprefined oil
  7. 1pouch eno
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 glasscurd
  10. Forwater :-
  11. 1/2 glasswater
  12. 4 tbspsugar
  13. 2lemons
  14. For tadka :-
  15. 2 tbspoil
  16. somecoriander leaves
  17. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  18. To tastegreen chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all batter in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix eno immediately in the batter.

  3. 3

    Brush the microwave safe bowl and pour the batter in it.

  4. 4

    Microwave it for 5 mint.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add water, sugar,lemon juice and bring it to bowl.

  6. 6

    When both comes on room temperature spread water properly on the tadka.

  7. 7

    For tadka add all given ingredients in tadka pan for 1 min. at low flame.

  8. 8

    Spread it on dhokla and serve it with sweet chutney.
