1/4 tspHing / asafoetida
to tastesalt
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tsphaldi / turmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1 tsp cumin
As requiredDesi ghee
1 glasswater little more than

Steps

Take pressure cooker. Add desi ghee, hing and jeera.

Now add grated bottle gourd, soaked rice, all the spices, with water little more. Cover it with lid. As soon the whistle begins simmer the flame and cook it for 7-8 mins. Ready to serve with curd.
