Lately, this has been my husband's most requested food. We're starting to omit rice in our diet and also thriving to control proper portioning of food. I usually add up more vegetables so we can still have a good source of carbohydrates. I'm now sharing it for you to try. Enjoy! 😊😊😃

Lately, this has been my husband's most requested food. We're starting to omit rice in our diet and also thriving to control proper portioning of food. I usually add up more vegetables so we can still have a good source of carbohydrates. I'm now sharing it for you to try. Enjoy! 😊😊😃

With pork pata previously cut to serving size and wash well, place in a pot with 1L of water and bring it to boil. Keep it covered and boil for 2hrs in medium to high heat.

While the meat started to cooked through, you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.

After 2hrs, you can add more water to make sure you have enough soup. Add the ginger, onion and white part of the scallions then bring it boil again for 3min.

Add the potatoes and chilli peppers. Let it simmer for 5mins or until potatoes are almost cooked.

Add the cabbage and green parts of sccallions. Add salt and peppercorn according to your taste preference. Let it simmer for another 5mins. Then you can enjoy it best when serve right away! Best if paired with fish sauce. 🐟😁
