Steps

Wash and blend mint leave with ½ cup of milk. Blend till smooth and little green food colouring

Cream butter and sugar till light,add egg, flavour and continue creaming
- 3
Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add ground almond, nutmeg.

Fold in the powdery ingredients to the wet ingredient.

Preheat your oven and line your muffin tin.

Scoop batter into muffin tin, allow to set by hiiting on the ground
- 7
Place in preheated oven and bake for 25minutes
- 8
Insert a skewer to be sure it properly baked.

Enjoy your yummilicious mouthwatering mint cake
