1/2 cupmilk chocolate
1/2 cupwhite chocolate
1 1/2 cup whipped cream
1 tsp Rose water
6gulab jamun
As neededChopped pista
As neededRose petals

Chop both choclates

Heat cream in pan

Add chocolate in cream and stir when chocolate melt turn off gas

Top with otLet it cool in freeze

Add rose water in whipped cream and fold it in chocolate mix

Now add one gulabjamun in serving glass

Fill cream in piping bag and pipe it in glass

Top with gulabjamun

Garnish with pista and rose petal

Serve cold
